What we collect
When you report a missing pet or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number, location, information about your pet, photographs and any notes you share.
How we use it
We use your information only to assess and work on your case, communicate with you, and — with your agreement — share relevant pet details (never your private contact details) in search materials such as flyers.
How we protect it
Missing-pet reports are saved privately. Uploaded photographs are stored in private storage, and only authorized administrators can view case records, photographs and internal notes. Contact enquiries still open a draft in your email app and are delivered only when you send that email. Information is shared only with people directly involved in your case, including partners you have agreed to. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep case information only as long as needed for the case and any legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing pawpatrolrecovery@gmail.com.
